What is outlet shopping?
Outlet shopping was first conceived in the USA and has become increasingly popular in many other parts of the world. An outlet is identified as being a series of mall-like developments that sit within a faux street, square or quay-side. They usually also feature car parking facilities and various leisure areas.
Within each Outlet store you will commonly find previous season’s stock, end-of-line items, cancelled orders, quality seconds, discontinued products and returned merchandise. Most products are sold at lower than high street prices with discounts usually between 30-80%.
