The majority of our stores accept cash and card payments, however The Cosmetics Company Store accepts card payments only. Please check with individual retailers before your visit.

Yes. We offer three wheelchairs and three scooters to hire for visitors with additional needs. Please contact us on 0191 526 6500 for further details or to place a booking. We are currently not charging for the hire of shopmobility equipment, but we do request a £10 refundable cash deposit for a wheelchair and £20 refundable cash deposit for a scooter.
If you are running late or are unable to attend your booking, please call Customer Services on 0191 526 6500 to amend or cancel your booking. This allows shopmobility equipment to become available for other customers to use in times of high demand, such as weekends and busy seasonal shopping periods.
Our toilet facilities are located between Cotton Traders and Moda Boutique, opposite Bakers and Baristas and next to Codrophenia and The Fragrance Shop, opposite Starbucks.
The toilets are being cleaned regularly by our team and you can also find Changing Places facilities in Morrisons.
