Little Wizards at The Hole in Wand

Looking for something fun to enjoy with your little one? Dalton Park is delighted to be home to the North East’s most magical play experience, brought to you by The Hole in Wand.

Nestled within an enchanting forest setting, their themed play cabins create the perfect space for young adventurers to explore, imagine and play. Children can enjoy hands‑on activities, imaginative role play, potion mixing and plenty of interactive fun — all in a safe, welcoming environment designed especially for them.

Whether they’re getting creative, trying new activities or simply spending time with friends, there’s so much to spark curiosity and keep little minds entertained.

Entry is just £2 per little wizard, or free with a £5 spend in The Hole in Wand Tavern, where you’ll also find delicious drinks and snacks.

While the children play, grown‑ups can relax with a coffee, cake or a well‑earned catch‑up.

Events:

• Thursdays – Bring your Little Wizards to join The Hole in Wand for a ‘little’ boogie and magical disco lights, every Thursday between 11am to 12pm.
• Wednesdays – Enjoy a magical story time experience from 10am to 12pm every Wednesday.
