Welcome in the festive season by joining us on Saturday 8th November from 4.30pm for the official launch of Christmas at Dalton Park!
Alfie Joey will be your host for an enchanting evening of free family fun, including roaming entertainers, Christmas light switch-on, fireworks, competitions galore and memorable moments of merriment.
From 4.30pm the centre will host a variety of entertainment, including our mischievous Grinch character, the Nutcracker brass band, Christmas clown stilt walkers and comical elves.
Our Santa experience will also open for the season from 4.30pm, welcoming little ones to the magical grotto to meet Father Christmas and share their Christmas wishes.
At 6.30pm our special guest, footballer Steph Houghton, will start the countdown to the switch-on of our stunning new Christmas lights, followed by a spectacular firework display over the Parkland.
That’s not the end of the evening though, as the roaming entertainment continues afterwards and the stores stay open until 8:30pm for guests to start their Christmas gift shopping at up to 70% off. Our cafes and restaurants will also be open late so relax and get into the Christmas spirit at Dalton Park!
Please note that we expect our Christmas event to be very popular and while we will have additional staff on the evening to help with entry and exit to Dalton Park, we do advise customers to plan your journey accordingly and use public transport or come on foot where possible.
