Join us on 20th March at Dalton Park as we celebrate the reopening of the Pollinator Parks wild space “Gateway to the Wild” garden and welcome the Springtime with our well-being walk in partnership with Climate Action North on Global Rewilding Day.
Our spring guided walk is designed to help you unwind, connect with others, focus on your mental and physical wellness, whilst spotting wildlife. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful stroll or a chance to socialise with like-minded individuals, taking a walk in our 55 acres of parkland promises to uplift your spirits.
Everything you need to know:
10am: Climate Action North will start the morning by hosting the re-opening of the gateway at the Pollinator Parks Garden (next to M&S).
11.30am: We will begin the Wellbeing Walk in our parklands. On this walk, we will discuss plans for rewilding at Dalton Park and look for signs of Spring. The event will end around 1pm.
