Spring Wellbeing Walk with Climate Action North

17 May @ 11:00 am 12:30 pm

Join us on 17th May at Dalton Park for a Spring wellbeing walk in partnership with Climate Action North.

Our spring guided mindfulness walk is designed to help you unwind, connect with others, focus on your mental and physical wellness, whilst spotting wildlife. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful stroll or a chance to socialise with like-minded individuals, taking a walk in our 55 acres of parkland promises to uplift your spirits.

Everything you need to know:

11am: Climate Action North will start the morning by hosting the re-opening of the gateway at the Pollinator Parks Garden (next to M&S).

11.30pm: We will begin the Wellbeing Walk in our parklands. On this walk, Climate Action North’s Mindfulness Associate Valerie will lead a walk around the Park to look for signs of Spring whilst also practicing guided mindfulness. The event will aim to end around 1pm.

Note: This is a first come first booked walk to manage numbers but if you are not able to attend this date there will be more walks to follow.

This is a free event, open to all. Everyone is responsible for their own safety whilst on site. Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and take care when walking around the parkland.

Reserve FREE tickets here.

On 17th May, we are holding our Spring Artisan Market, where you can stroll through the mall, enjoy the stalls, and grab a delicious bite from one of the food vendors after the wellbeing walk.
