Hours Required: 8 & 16 Hours

  • Is responsible of managing the team and the daily operations in the absence of the store manager including opening and closing
  • Can ensure the efficient running of the shop floor in order to achieve the highest level of customer service and sales
  • Is able to work under pressure and adaptable to change
  • Has a good understanding of Visual Merchandising and Standards
  • Is able to motivate and train staff
  • Is fully flexible
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • At least 1 year Retail Management or supervisory experience is essential

The ideal candidates would:

  • Help maximize sales for the store. Have a range of retail and customer service skills. Flexible with working in the shops trading hours. Including through the week, weekends, evening and bank holidays.
  • Required to assist with regular deliveries and movement of bulk stock.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards at all times.
