- Is responsible of managing the team and the daily operations in the absence of the store manager including opening and closing
- Can ensure the efficient running of the shop floor in order to achieve the highest level of customer service and sales
- Is able to work under pressure and adaptable to change
- Has a good understanding of Visual Merchandising and Standards
- Is able to motivate and train staff
- Is fully flexible
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- At least 1 year Retail Management or supervisory experience is essential
The ideal candidates would:
- Help maximize sales for the store. Have a range of retail and customer service skills. Flexible with working in the shops trading hours. Including through the week, weekends, evening and bank holidays.
- Required to assist with regular deliveries and movement of bulk stock.
- Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards at all times.
