Crew sails into Dalton Park!

Thursday 16th June 2022

We are delighted to celebrate the arrival of a new British lifestyle outlet store, Crew Clothing.

L-R Samantha Wilson, Crew Clothing Sales Assistant, Laura Wharrier, Crew Clothing Deputy Manager, Joanne Baldwin, Crew Clothing Store Manager, Richard Kaye, Dalton Park Centre Manager and Victoria Waite Crew Clothing Supervisor.

Crew Clothing takes its inspiration from the British coast and is popular with shoppers for its timeless polo shirts, blazers and rugby tops featuring the classic brand mark of crossed oars.

The official opening of the Crew Clothing outlet store took place today (Thursday 16th June), and we’re celebrating the occasion with complimentary striped canvas shopping bags for people who spent £50 or more. They are also providing a gin taster experience for customers in partnership with Salcombe Gin.

Richard Kaye, Dalton Park Centre Manager, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Crew Clothing to Dalton Park and we are expecting it to be a hugely popular part of our shopping experience.

“Crew Clothing is all about coastal-inspired lifestyle wear and we know from talking to our guests that this is the kind of brand that they want, particularly with our location just a stone’s throw from the idyllic Durham Heritage Coast.

“The new store has been beautifully designed and their entire product range is available at outlet prices, something which is an increasingly important consideration given the rising costs of living.

“The recruitment of seven permanent members of staff is also great news for our local area, demonstrating our commitment to investing in local people and services and we wish them all the very best for the launch.”

The opening of Crew Clothing comes at an exciting Summer of store openings for Dalton Park.

We’re set to open a brand-new Skechers outlet store later in the Summer, in addition to another two other brands, which will be announced in the coming weeks!
