A gift list is a great opportunity to upgrade, with a chance to ask for some stunning new tableware and accessories with a story and a promise to last. Here we show how our knowledgeable Denby store staff will help the customer through these simple steps throughout their gift list journey, plus added benefits for the consumer.
1. DECIDE WHICH ITEMS YOU WOULD LIKE
Relax at home or in-store and look through the selection of beautiful tableware, accessories and cookware featured in The Gift List brochure and decide which items are right for you. Keep everything together in the handy folder.
2. VISIT ONE OF OUR DENBY STORES
Talk to our knowledgeable store staff, who will set up your gift list and help you to choose which items you would like. The staff will create your gift list and you will be given your unique Gift List number. You can even set up a special Gift List appointment so that the store staff can dedicate time to help.
3. TELL YOUR GUESTS
The Denby store staff will give you a pack of Gift List cards to send to your guests along with your invitations. The cards have details of the store where you have set up your Gift List, along with your unique Gift List number.
4. PURCHASING
Your guests can choose to purchase their special gift to you, either by going into the Denby store in person and take their chosen gift with then to gift wrap, or they can telephone the store and have their gift sent directly to their address of choice. They will need to quote your unique Gift List number. Your list will be updated after each purchase and we will regularly send you updates.
5. WITH THANKS
When your Gift List is closed, we will send you a list of everything that has been purchased and by whom, so making those all important thank you notes easy.
6. OUR GIFT TO YOU
Our gift to you is 10% of the value of your Gift List in Denby Gift vouchers, so that you can either add to your collection straightaway, or in the future.
