We have launched a regular ‘Quiet Shopping Hour’ to create a more peaceful environment for shoppers who struggle with sensory overload.
The new initiative follows our involvement with Purple Tuesday, the UK’s first accessible shopping day, last November.
‘Quiet Shopping Hour’ at Dalton Park will take place between 10am and 11am on the first Tuesday of every month.
Music on the mall and in stores will be turned off and there will be no announcements during the quiet hour.
