This prize draw is run by Savills Management Resources (Savills UK Limited) as the managing agent for the landowner of Dalton Park Outlet Shopping Destination. Entry into this competition confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by the decisions of Savills UK Limited.

Open: Tommy Hilfiger £100 Voucher Giveaway

•The prize is the following: WIN £100 Tommy Hilfiger voucher to spend on your winter wardrobe!

•To enter the competition, you must follow Dalton Park Instagram page, like the post and tag a friend for a chance to win, as well as be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) parent or guardian over 18 years old at the time of entry.

•No purchase necessary.

•No cash alternatives or substitutions, the prize is not transferable, non-refundable and no change will be given.

•Entry closes at 00:00 GMT on 7^th December 2023.

•The winner must collect their prize in person from Tommy Hilfiger, Dalton Park and the prize must be redeemed within one year from the notification of winning.

•The winner must spend the £100 voucher in Tommy Hilfiger, Dalton Park only

•The winner will be drawn at random and will be notified via direct message from the Dalton Park Instagram page within 7 days of the draw taking place. Dalton Park will take all reasonable steps to contact the winning entrants to arrange for collection of their prize, but should there be no response to messages, emails or phone calls (where the contact details are known) within 28 days of notification, the Promoter will allocate the prize to another one of the entrants who will again be chosen at random.

•Dalton Park reserves the right at its sole discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion. Entrants must not publicly behave in such as a way as to constitute abuse, defamation, harassment, threatening behaviour, or have harmful intent, of, or towards others.

•Incomplete, partial and duplicate entries will be excluded from the competition.

•Employees of Dalton Park, their agents and families, suppliers and associated companies are excluded from entering.

•The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

•Winners’ names and towns will be available on request.

•In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions Dalton Park’s decisions shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

•Dalton Park does accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

•Dalton Park does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.

•These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

•Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent other than as indicated by these Terms and Conditions.

•Dalton Park reserves the right to amend the terms of this competition at any time.

•The prize is the following: WIN £50 Bonmarché voucher to spend on your winter wardrobe!

•To enter the competition, you must like Dalton Park Facebook page, like the post and tag a friend for a chance to win, as well as be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) parent or guardian over 18 years old at the time of entry.

•No purchase necessary.

•No cash alternatives or substitutions, the prize is not transferable, non-refundable and no change will be given.

•Entry closes at 00:00 GMT on 14^th December 2023.

•The winner can either collect the gift card from Bonmarché, Dalton Park or have it posted to their home address. The prize must be redeemed within one year from the notification of winning.

•The winner must spend the £50 voucher in Bonmarché, Dalton Park only.
