Loo of the Year | Platinum rating

At Dalton Park we are feeling flush after winning Platinum Grading at the Loo of the Year Awards.
Our toilet facilities were praised following an independent, unannounced visit from judges late last year.
This is the 14th time we have been recognised by the awards, which has strived to focus the spotlight on recognising and rewarding the very best washrooms throughout the UK and Ireland since 1987.
Each entry is fully assessed against established judging criteria including accessible facilities, baby changing, signage, décor, fixtures and fittings and overall standards of cleanliness and management.
The toilets at Dalton Park were fully refurbished as part of our multi-million pound mall enhancement project in 2017.
Recent research carried out has also showed customers rating the toilets’ cleanliness 4.8 out of five and overall facilties, 4.7 out of five.
We are thrilled that our toilet facilities have been recognised in the Loo of the Year Awards, which are regarded as the ‘standard setters’ for those that provide ‘away from home’ facilities for staff, customers and visitors.
Our facilities team is dedicated to making every aspect of the centre the best it can be so huge thanks go out to the team!
