Bowmer & Kirkland, the main contractors of the Phase 2 development at Dalton Park are getting ready to leave site. All of the Phase 2 buildings have been handed over to the individual tenants on schedule and shop fit teams are starting to move in. The hoarding has been removed so next time you visit you will be able to view the extension to the mall and the new buildings.

The superstore building was handed over to Morrison’s on 12th April on schedule, the centre management team at Dalton Park do not have any further information on their opening at this time.
Additional car parking has now opened taking the total spaces available up to 1500. New electric car charging stations have also been installed and should be live very soon. These are provided by PodPoint.
